Our Story
Cherella Nicholson and Christiana Faulkner, co-founders of Queen Haven, have cultivated a lifelong partnership that began in 4th grade at Highland Elementary School in Inglewood. Growing up in this vibrant community shaped their identities and fueled their belief in the importance of spaces for connection and celebration. Cherella focuses on fostering inclusivity and empowerment through her background in entrepreneurship, while Christiana combines her event planning skills with a commitment to community growth. Inspired by Henri Lefebvre’s Right to the City and the collaborative spirit of bees, they created Queen Haven as a luxurious yet inclusive venue that embodies empowerment and belonging.
